TVI Express Kazakhstan Office Launch

We are delighted to announce the launch event of our Kazakhstan office, which is going to take place on December 9th, 2010. This event will mark the foundation of our first official set up in the CIS region which will instigate its operations in full swing by the month of February, 2011. The purpose behind this launch is simple as this center would act as an intermediary between us and our business community in the CIS region and would provide an effectual stage for forecasting and observing the trade accomplishment and improvisation in FSU's business climate. Another reason that encouraged us to take this step forward is the uniform and rich environment in terms of cultural organization and lingua franca of this colossally huge region, which is ideal by nature for any kind of industry to flourish.
Keeping in mind the cultural preferences, colloquialisms and the importance of extraordinary Customer Service which is one of the most vital underpinnings to our business, we have decided to provide the area with additional Russian Customer Support lines too which would suffice to attend to all the queries and requests of our Russian speaking distributors in a timely and professional manner.

The local office will be fully equipped to attend to or settle, without any consultation from the main or other offices, all sorts of customer requests or queries related to User Account, Information Modification, and Portal Bookings etc. Once the operations go live, we will also distribute “TVI Branded” membership cards which would entitle the users to have discounts at thousands of merchants including Airlines, Restaurants, Car Rentals, Spas, and Movie Halls etc. across the globe.

You can learn more about the detailed agenda of our CIS local office at the upcoming event where the company management and top distributors will give you a clear outline of our Kazakhstan expansion.
